In 1905, Ambre Antique revolutionized perfumery and defined the modern olfactory family of Amber fragrances.

120 years later, INFINIMENT COTY PARIS revives this creation in a tribute that remains true to the spirit and scent of the original, crafted with absolute olfactive fidelity, and without compromise.

According to the historical records, rose, bergamot, jasmine, iris, and orange blossom were added in volumes that were well beyond the norms of today.

ICONE'S REVIVAL

Coty's Director Technical Perfumer delved into Coty’s archives, uncoved the long-lost original formula, and dedicated his expertise and craftsmanship to its faithful recreation.

His greatest achievement: reviving Ambréine S, the legendary amber base, born by an unexpected overdose of vanillin on a bed of bergamot. An accident turned legend, Ambréine S blends together luminous freshness and enveloping warmth, becoming the exclusive property of Coty to this day.

THE TIME TRAVELER

The exceptional fragrance of Ambre Antique is revealed in the INFINIMENT COTY PARIS bottle, the back of which is adorned with an exclusive golden silhouette inspired by SEM’s La Danse des Parfums (1913), now surrounded by illustrations of the scent’s ingredients. Through a play of asymmetry and the multiple facets of the glass, this figure appears to move, extending and looking toward the future.
